Ms. Bevis recently authored an article titled, “All Signs Say Go…Slow: Flat Apartment Returns Belie Strong Underlying Fundamentals” published in the First Quarter 2019 NCREIF Performance Report.  Ms. Bevis maintains in the piece that despite apartment NPI resting at the lowest point in eight years, a variety of factors continue to support the attractiveness of the multifamily investment sector.
